  • 1 block (14 oz) tokwa (tofu)

  • 1/4 kilo pork belly, sliced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil and set aside.
