3 slices salmon steak
1 medium onion, quartered
1 large tomato, quartered
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 radish (labanos), sliced thinly
6 pcs okra, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 cup water spinach (kangkong) or spinach leaves
2-3 pieces green chili peppers (siling haba)
1 packet sinigang mix (tamarind soup base
6 cups water
Fish sauce or salt to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil

Wash and cut the vegetables: quarter the onion and tomatoes, slice the radish, and cut the okra into 2-inch pieces.
