  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup long-grain rice

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • 1½ teaspoons cumin

  • ⅓ cup chopped celery

  • ½ tablespoon butter

  • 14.5 ounces (411 g) canned tomatoes, diced or torn apart

  • ⅔ cup long-grain rice

  • 1½ cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups cooked and chopped turkey or chicken

  • 1 small can of sliced mushrooms (optional), drained

Directions
