1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp celery salt
1 tbsp dried mustard
1 tbsp pepper
4 cups vegetable oil
8 pieces chicken, rinsed and dried
2 cups buttermilk
2 large eggs
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour and all the spices.
- In a separate bowl, beat the buttermilk and eggs together.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
