Ingredients
1/4 Kilo flank steak, sliced
225 grams spaghetti noodles
3 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp olive oil
3 pcs garlic cloves, minced
1 pc medium carrot, shredded
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
- In a large pot cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking the noodles, add the broccoli and cook until tender.
- Drain the noodles and broccoli. Set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, add olive oil to a wok.
- Cook the steak until no longer pink.
- Add the garlic, and carrots and cook for two minutes.
- In a small bowl mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, and finally the black pepper.
- Add the spaghetti to the wok and pour the sauce on top and mix.
- Serve hot.
