Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee

  • 1 pack unflavored gelatin (you can use Mr. Gulaman)

  • 1 pack condensed milk (250 ml)

  • 1 pack all-purpose cream or heavy cream (250 ml)

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 & 1/2 L water

Directions

  • Dissolve the gelatin in 1 & 1/2 L of water or follow instructions on the packaging.
  • Bring to a boil until fully dissolved, then add the sugar.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir- in the instant coffee and dissolve thoroughly.
  • Transfer in a shallow container and spread until about 1 inch thick. Set aside.
  • When the gelatin sets, cut it into cubes.
  • In a separate container, blend the all-purpose cream and the condensed milk.
  • Add the gelatin cubes, mix, and refrigerate.
  • Transfer into cups, and serve chilled.

  • 1 cup of graham crackers crushed

  • 4 tbsp of melted butter

  • 3 tbsp of brown sugar

  • 1 pack cream cheese

  • 1 pack all purpose cream chilled

  • 3/4 cup of powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp of vanilla syrup

  • 2 fresh mango (for making mango puree, save some mango slices for toppings)

  • 1 pack Mr. Gulaman

Directions

  • To make the crust, pour the crushed grahams into a 9 inch round pie pan. Add the melted butter. Mix and spread to cover the base.
  • In a bowl, add cream cheese, chilled all-purpose cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla syrup. Mix them well until it’s fluffy.
  • After mixing the filling of our cheesecake, pour this into pie pan. Let it chill it for 30 minutes.
  • Dissolve 1 tbsp of Mr. Gulaman into 2 tbsp of warm water. Mix it then add to your mango puree. Mix until fully blended.
  • After waiting for 30 minutes, pour the mango mixture over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Top the cheesecake with mango slices. Then put it in fridge for 2-4 hours or overnight.

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 cup sago pearls (tapioca pearls), cooked according to package instructions

  • 1 cup gulaman (agar jelly), cooked according to package instructions and cut into cubes

  • 4 cups coconut milk

  • 1 cup brown sugar or muscovado sugar

  • Pandan leaves (optional, for flavoring)

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour and water to make a dough. Knead until the mixture forms a smooth ball.
  • Pinch small portions of the dough and roll them into small balls, about 1/2 inch in diameter.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Drop the glutinous rice balls into the boiling water and cook until they float to the surface. Remove the cooked rice balls from the water and set aside.
  • In a separate pot, combine the coconut milk, brown sugar or muscovado sugar, and pandan leaves (if using). Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is fully dissolved and the coconut milk is heated through. Do not let it boil.
  • Remove the pandan leaves from the coconut milk mixture.
  • To serve, divide the cooked sago pearls, gulaman cubes, and glutinous rice balls into serving glasses or bowls.
  • Pour the sweetened coconut milk mixture over the ingredients in each glass or bowl. Make sure to distribute the coconut milk evenly.
