- Pork Meatballs
1/2 kilo ground pork
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
4 cloves garlic minced
- Soup
1 bunch water spinach leaves
1 pc ginger thumb-sized, julienned
6 cups chicken stock
fish sauce (patis), to taste
ground pepper, to taste
2 egg whites
1 tbsp cooking oil

Directions
