This Beef Broccoli Rice Topping Recipe is easy and inexpensive to prepare. This is made possible by using the inJoy Beef Bulalo Soup Powder.

Ingredients

• 900 mL Water

• 115 grams inJoy Beef Bulalo Soup Powder

• 25 grams Cornstarch

• 200 grams Broccoli Flowers

• 150 grams Corned Beef

Directions

• Dissolve inJoy Beef Bulalo Soup Powder and cornstarch in water. Cook over medium heat and allow to simmer for 1 minute
• Add corned beef and broccoli flowers
• Allow to cool until mixture is thick
• Pour over cooked rice. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

• 900mL of water is equivalent to 3 3/4 cups.
• 25 grams of cornstarch is around 3 1/2 TBSP.
